Frequently asked questions
How does licensing work with staging or local sites?
Each license activates on as many live sites as the plan allows. Staging and local domains (.local, .test, localhost) do not count toward your activation limit.
Can I pay in Naira, USD, or cryptocurrency?
Yes. We accept Nigerian Naira via Monnify (card or instant bank transfer), USDT on TRC-20, Bitcoin, and direct WhatsApp order.
What AI providers does Tena support?
Tena supports OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Anthropic Claude. You bring your own API key — there are no usage markups.
What does the currency conversion indicator mean?
NGN prices are set independently. EUR and GBP prices are auto-converted from USD using daily exchange data when no custom price is configured. The final amount is confirmed at checkout.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — 14-day money-back guarantee if the product does not work as described. Contact support with your order ID.
